Dear Honorable Members of NIPM Karnataka Chapter

Greetings of the day to you and your professional colleagues

We are very happy to place before you the Annual Issue of our magazine Human Resources for the year ending 2010-11.

Our last 2 issues of ‘Human Resource’ which were on ‘New Gen..’ and ‘Innovation in HR’ were well appreciated by the readers and we have received  lot of appreciation for the quality and freshness of the magazine. It is our desire to improve it further and make it more readable and retainable. It is a laudable effort by Chairman of Editorial Committee Dr C. Manohar and his team in bringing out these issues.

Our editorial team is also putting in efforts to provide opportunity for researchers, and is contemplating to bring out at least one issue of Human Resource in a year as a research publication.  We have moved towards obtaining the ISSN registration, so that it helps the research scholars in their M.Phil. and Ph.D. studies.  Suggestions are welcome in this direction to make it a reality.

In the last 3 months we have delivered organized three programs, the details of which are given in the Secretary’s Report. As mentioned in my previous message in this page we are also updating the information in our website from time to time. Please visit www.nipmkc.org to know about the updates and announcements. We have been organizing programmes from time to time which add value to the professional realm of our members in particular and HR professionals in general. Please keep sending us your feedback which will help us to enhance the professional activities of NIPM KC. You can write to me at chairman@nipmkc.org

Lot of new members have joined the NIPM family in the past one year and our effort in this regard to mobilize new membership will increase during the coming year.  I call upon all the members to help bring in more professional colleagues to NIPM, so that they not only bolster the NIPM family but also derive professional value from being associated with NIPM.

I wish to thank one and all for your continued support to NIPMKC and encouragement given to me. Your patronage would enable me and my team to take the Chapter to greater heights.
